As a Level 3 Qualified Pilates Instructor with over 20 years experience, I am dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall wellbeing through mindful movement. With a deep understanding of anatomy, posture, and functional mobility, I design personalised sessions that focus on core stability, balance, and body awareness.

My teaching style combines precision and encouragement, ensuring clients feel supported at every stage of their fitness journey — whether they are new to Pilates or advancing their practice. I believe in creating a calm, motivating environment where movement becomes both restorative and empowering, helping each individual build a stronger connection between mind and body.
